What this looks like in practice
Fire on the site of a premium residential complex
- Problem
- A fire destroyed part of the cladding on a complex still under construction. Searching the project name returned fire coverage first. Existing buyers demanded proof of structural integrity or their money back; new sales stopped. Removing the coverage from search was not an option.
- What we did
- We bet on independent witnesses rather than paperwork. We found two respected industry specialists with no ties to the developer. At their insistence, concrete core samples were drilled from load-bearing structures and sent to a laboratory to verify that heat exposure had not reduced strength. The experts attended every stage and signed the findings personally.
- Result
- A verifiable report, vouched for by people with unimpeachable standing, outweighed the fire coverage. Sales resumed — while the fire stories themselves remained in search results.
A review-site campaign against a company owner
- Problem
- After a contentious dismissal, a former employee ran a campaign across review and "blacklist" sites. Searching the company name or the owner's name returned nothing but accusations. Hiring suffered — candidates were turning down offers.
- What we did
- Instead of arguing with anonymous posters, we went through the client's own history and found what he had never talked about: over ten years with a mountain rescue brigade, participation in major operations, industry awards. All verifiable. We built a publication series on those facts.
- Result
- Within a month the first two pages of results for the name and the company were occupied by material about his actual record. The client moved onto an ongoing retainer, and our specialist now works as his press secretary.
The events are real. Names, cities and dates have been changed — we do not disclose clients. That right belongs to the client alone.
